Hall Rental Co-ordinator Needed! Can you Help?
OUR COMMUNITY IS IN NEED OF A HALL RENTAL CO-ORDINATOR IMMEDIATELY
Hall rentals is a main source of Belvedere Community income, without this income we can not maintain our facility and programs.
Like all Belvedere Board Member positions, this is a volunteer position.
Main duties include:
-Responsible for retrieving rental inquiries thru email/phone and returning emails/calls to potential renters
-Required to be available a couple times a week to show the hall
-Responsible for completing contracts with renters.
