Community Drop-in

In addition to the responsibilities for all board members, the community drop-in director is responsible for the following:

  • No cost program, open to everyone
  • Open & close of the hall on specified drop in day, or makes arrangement for this to be done.
  • Determines if additional equipment or supplies are required for the program.
  • Provide program notification to website, newsletter and facebook
  • Attends all BCL board meetings
    • Report on attendance and any issues

All volunteers for board member positions must be members in good standing for at least 90 days prior to taking the position.
