Social Director

In addition to the responsibilities for all board members, the social director is responsible for the following:

  • Develops and Chairs committee for implementation of each event
  • Develops and maintains budget for each event.
  • Works with Treasurer to ensure funds accepted (should there be) are properly tracked and assigned.
  • Submits information for upcoming events for newsletter
  • Applies for event permits as required
  • Completes event summary
  • Keeps records of volunteer involvement for each event
  • Attends all BCL board meetings
    • Advises of upcoming event(s), recaps of recent event(s)

All volunteers for board member positions must be members in good standing for at least 90 days prior to taking the position.
