Social Director

In addition to the responsibilities for all board members, the social director is responsible for the following:
- Develops and Chairs committee for implementation of each event
- Develops and maintains budget for each event.
- Works with Treasurer to ensure funds accepted (should there be) are properly tracked and assigned.
- Submits information for upcoming events for newsletter
- Applies for event permits as required
- Completes event summary
- Keeps records of volunteer involvement for each event
- Attends all BCL board meetings
- Advises of upcoming event(s), recaps of recent event(s)
All volunteers for board member positions must be members in good standing for at least 90 days prior to taking the position.
