Bingo Director
In addition to the responsibilities for all board members, the bingo director is responsible for the following:
- Attend or appoint a chair to attend all Bingo Association Meetings and Bingos with which the Society is affiliated
- Attend or appoint a Chair for each Bingo.
- In conjunction with the Treasurer file Annual Bingo reports and gaming
- applications.
- Contact and arrange for required number of volunteers for all bingos.
- Maintain records of all bingo credits and issue requests for payments to the Treasurer on behalf of the volunteers for sports registrations.
- Act as a Bingo liaison between the Board and Alberta Gaming
- Submit information for notices to newsletter, website & facebook
- Attend all BCL board meetings
- When next bingo is, how many workers, any concerns.
All volunteers for board member positions must be members in good standing for at least 90 days prior to taking the position.
