Programs Director

In addition to the responsibilities for all board members, the programs director is responsible for the following:
- Works with the City Neighbourhood Resource Coordinators (NRC).
- Determines which programs will be offered to the community, then arranges for instructors.
- Applies for grants for specific programs if applicable.
- Arranges registrations.
- Provide program notification to website, newsletter and facebook
- Prepares budget and financial reports for the treasurer.
- Ensure instructors have Belvedere billing information for invoicing.
- Arranges access to the hall if being used.
- Attends all BCL board meetings
- Report on current and upcoming programs
All volunteers for board member positions must be members in good standing for at least 90 days prior to taking the position.
