Programs Director

In addition to the responsibilities for all board members, the programs director is responsible for the following:

  • Works with the City Neighbourhood Resource Coordinators (NRC).
  • Determines which programs will be offered to the community, then arranges for instructors.
  • Applies for grants for specific programs if applicable.
  • Arranges registrations.
  • Provide program notification to website, newsletter and facebook
  • Prepares budget and financial reports for the treasurer.
  • Ensure instructors have Belvedere billing information for invoicing.
  • Arranges access to the hall if being used.
  • Attends all BCL board meetings
    • Report on current and upcoming programs

All volunteers for board member positions must be members in good standing for at least 90 days prior to taking the position.
