Buildings & Grounds
In addition to the responsibilities for all board members, the buildings & grounds director is responsible for the following:
- Responsible for all community facilities and structures.
- Supervises building maintenance and repair.
- Reviews condition of facilities and structures.
- Maintains up-to-date building maintenance records..
- Obtains estimates for maintenance, repair and upgrade work.
- Completion of &/or organization of small maintenance repairs
- ie: bulb replacement, minor fence repair, graffiti removal
- Attends all BCL board meetings
- Advises league on maintenance and any upgrades required
All volunteers for board member positions must be members in good standing for at least 90 days prior to taking the position.
